थे एगो इस अ The Ego is a composite.टोनी ओ'Clery

The Ego is a composite. IMO.

Humans are possessed by the ego, as much as a 'spirit' possession.

Usually an ego/entity won't enter a foetus until it is viable about 16-20 weeks, as they have a limited precognition. Sometimes not until the first 24 hours cycle at birth, and sometimes different egos enter and exchange. A child can be born and exist without the ego entering, and only the universal consciousness breathes it...Until an ego/entity enters..

The ego is like a possessing entity taking over the body and mind and connecting to the energy of the person..The 'defence reaction response' of the animal mind of the human is enhanced by the possessing ego and expanded out of proportion to its original function. Most of the time the ego runs like software in the background of the mind, using minimal energy...However it attaches itself to the energy of the transducing hormones and maginifies itself from time to time....Hormones don't tell us what to think but they do tell us what to thinik about...The ego is adept at exploiting, and distorting the hormonal response of sexual desire or the adrenalin of the 'flight fight syndrome', and hugely expanding itself. It works by distorting attachment and its mirror opposite aversion, which in itself is an attachment in reverse.
The ego can seem to be harmless and 'loving'; it can appreciate an sunset, a flower, a child, a painting, a baby, an animal, charity and good works. Althought one should ask oneself the question..' Who is it that enjoys these things and who decides they are good or bad?' The ego deceives people into thinking that sentimental emotional situations are love, when in fact they are mostly 'Pollyanna' attachments..Real Love is something different that is equally in the sinner and the saint, and is 'The ground of all in illusion'; it is the Prana of the Sakti, the Universal Energy Projector.
So in essence the ego has usurped the body/mind of the human simian, for the sole purpose of pursuing and experiencing pleasure and enjoyment, resulting in attachment and addiction. It is the 'Thief in the Palace' of King Janaka. Once we have identified this thief or possessing entity we can start to work on eliminating it through observation, spiritual practises and meditation.
Most humans react and do not notice that they have the ego hiding in their mind, like the computer programme playing in the background. We have to ask ourselves 'Who is doing this action?' and 'Who is that?' to the answer. The ego survives the body and will go looking for a new body, subtle or material after death...It has to be annihilated in the body it occupies..............Tony.

This is why it is important apparently to experience death before realisation...This is taking the body back to its non ego position..

The ego has no beginning but it has an end.....Moksha....When this planet became cool enough to sustain life and DNA had done its work, the small 'I's started to turn up in ever increasing numbers looking for bodies to live in. As many had never lived in gross bodies at all,and were fascinated, and many hadn't lived in bodies since before the last Maha Pralaya..So ego has always been a composite of illusion....just as Iswara is the composite of all the Jivas;..or a forest a composite of all the trees. A tree has the capacity to recognise you if you pass it everyday or talk to it..just as a plant can react to danger and harm. So here we have the beginnings of what we now call the ego/soul/entity. As soon as it is associated with this physical manifestation, it takes on desires, attachments and fears, and a subtle ego/entity becomes enmeshed in material totally. Even the plant has a separateness in its totality...so here we have evolution in an upward direction and a downward karmic direction, from the subtle ego/entities..

The human then takes the defensive reaction response mechanism of the non human world and builds and expands this defence mechanism on to the primitive subtle ego....hence the human ego. A distortion of a safety mechanism, without which an animal wouldn't know it was in danger or being attacked,,
...This response is taken by the potentiality in the mind and expanded into the great Ego or Ahamkara we know today..

This also accounts for the great disparity in intelligence levels and awareness...As some are coming up and some come down...So for humans the ego/entity is like a possessing spirit that enjoys the body and attachments it doesn't have in the subtle. If it is treated this way it is easier to identify and eventually get rid of it....

The upcoming ego from the animal and vegetable world is usually not heavily represented in the human and they appear more quiet and simpler than most...

Apart from this there are the deliberate descents of the Kumaras...who tried to put right the mess of evolution that the descending ordinary subtle egos had made. These came from the areas around the Pleiades, Sirius and Orion..apparently and were the Sons of Most High or Angelic. Some of these are probably still around after becoming enmeshend in materiality themselves, but they would tend to be more advanced beings in the main.

Extract from an introduction:

A long time ago, when the earth was very young and fresh, there were rolling prairies of blue-green grass and the forests were steamy, tropical and full of fruit and nut trees. Also the mountains had white tops and the air was crystal clean and so were the rivers and streams. The water was sweet and the geese wore no shoes in those days, and come to think of it they still wear no shoes. Well upon these beautiful scene came "Spirit Beings", from the subtle dimensions. Whether they had come from a previous Pralaya, or Dissolution of the Universe, or were always in the spirit, or up from the animal world, I don't know. However it seems that they had already fallen far away from the God Source. Their consciousness was drifting in and out, and they became aware of the rolling steamy mists of Earth. Fantastic reptiles in rainbow colours moved through green-brown swamps and herds moved over the rolling blue-grass prairies. Somewhere a sound vibration was flying from the throat of a gliding air animal. As the subtle beings became more aware and attached to this planet; they saw and felt many life forms. Some of these were small and slow, some agile apes and monkeys. They hovered around them and wished to emulate their behaviour. They felt the delight as the animals ate the fruit, scampered around, made love, made sounds, filling everything with vibrations. These Beings became so attached that they began to think, or morph up bodies for themselves, in order to enjoy this planet, but they would still go back and forth between the planes. Eventually they thickened their vibrations, by slowing them down, and they partook of the earth. They ate the food and experienced the senses and the more they did this the more they couldn't return to their spiritual home. They led the flocks of birds and herds of animals. They in fact morphed and became trapped in animal bodies of fantastic shapes, sizes and mixtures. (Some were not trapped permanently, but developed Yogic powers, over the millions of years and some misused them.) It was a big mess and they eventually forgot where they had come from. This distortion of evolution continued for many millions of years until some of the normal animals had evolved into higher animals, apes, and manlike beings. So there was a downward devolution as well as an upward evolution on this planet. Now the beings were mixing more and creating all kinds of monsters. So it was decided that the Deity of the planet would descend with the "Sons of God", or Kumaras, Divine Beings, and help save these beings and natural evolution. They took an advanced hairless man-like Ape as their model. The first descent failed for they sat around and meditated, and didn’t procreate enough, so a further descent of Kumaras was required. This second descent was too successful however.(These were the "Sons of God", and Giants mentioned in the Bible, Gen :6, "When mankind had spread all over the world and girls were being born, some of the supernatural beings saw that these girls were beautiful, so they took the ones they liked." 6:4 " In those days, and even later, there were giants on the earth who were descendants of human women and the supernatural beings. They were the great heroes and famous men of long ago."" So here we have these hybrids or Nefilm! Or the Annunaki of the Ancient Sumerians.)

{Gen 2:7 St Paul,1 Corinthians`15:47-50, ‘The Book of Enoch’, 6-9.

The Kumaras; Bhagavata Purana, Skanda 3, 7:20, Skanda 4, 1, Skanda 3, 11:12 Skanda 3, 5:3:12.)

Many people have told similar stories and there is a Kabbalistic tradition about the first woman Lilith, and not forgetting The Indian Ramayana. The Ramayana is full of stories of these various beings. Really the story of the Ramayana is about the battle for supremacy between the Rakshasas or Ogre Humans and the New Humans. The Ogre or Shape-Shifter Humans have been trying to regain dominance ever since, and are still with us now. 'Westminster Time Files'.....Tony O'Clery.

Of course the common ground between all the egos, entitiies and everything is the ground of Love Energy of the Sakti. As this suffuses everything this is the way to Moksha.
Mathru Sri Sarada's Realisation.

In the first few minutes after Moksha ......Her arms and legs went stiff and cold and her circulation stopped....------she was unable to open her eyes-------it took five days to regain any consciousness for any length of time....It took Swamy 12 months to get her to remain conscious......Amma

The 'I' thought, (ego), went back to the Heart but again it was only a temporary subsidence. Three minutes later it rose again and once again started to bang against the inside of her skull. Sarada came forward and placed her head on Swamy's feet and a few seconds later the 'I' thought returned to its source and died forever...Amma.
From a science site:
Of course scientists always look for the scientific explanation but it is interesting anyway.......Tony

There are documents describing instances when a human body could wonderfully do
without brain. A baby was born in the... New York hospital of Saint Vincent in
1935; he did all things that babies usually do: slept, ate and even cried. When
the baby died, doctors were surprised with the results of autopsy: there was no
brain inside the cranium. The incredible instance was registered as a scientific
mystery.

Scientists were racking their brains more and more over new facts that
contradicted the traditional medical canons. Information about new incredible
instances was reported from reliable sources and couldn't be falsification.

Famous German neurosurgeon Professor Haufland described a case of a patient
stricken by paralysis; the man was of sound mind until his death. At that time
doctors had no equipment to look inside the patient's head to discover the fact,
but even if they had such an opportunity, they would have seen nothing inside
the cranium. When the cranium was dissected after his death, Professor Haufland
discovered spinal liquid instead of brain there.

In 1940, a 14-year-old boy was delivered to a Bolivian hospital of Nikolay
Ortiz, his diagnose was brain-growth. The patient complained of severe headache
that became especially painful in the evening. Soon the boy died, and doctors
even had no time to perform an operation on him. What doctors discovered after
the dissection wasn't certainly human brain. A giant abscess filled almost the
whole of the cranium, which made doctors hesitate whether the medical science
was precise at all.

Unlike religion, science failed to explain such phenomena. Otherwise, the basic
medical postulates would have to be obligatorily revised. Indeed, complex
movements such as walking or running are performed with the help of feedback
with the brain. The theory of "abdominal brain" seems to be the only believable
hypothesis. American scientists found accumulation of nerval tissue on the inner
surface of the gullet and the stomach. Scientists counted that the number of
neurons in the "third brain center" made up over 100 million, which is more than
even in the spinal cord. They say, it is not a mere nervous joint, but a
formation capable of keeping information and even influencing our emotions and
health. American scientists say, "the abdominal brain" commands secretion of
hormones in stress situations, it urges the body for struggle or escape.
However, the phenomenon isn't thoroughly studied; it is not ruled out that it
may unveil the mystery of decapitated bodies that can run after execution.

Buddhism and Vedanta,

Namaste All,Buddhism and Vedanta,

Continuing with my post on the Buddhist void, Sunyata I suppose?, and the Vedanta. I know in Buddhist thought there are the ‘absorptions, with different modifications like bliss, etc. and then rising above all these. Ending up with ‘nothingness’, and then non-perception nor perception.

Well Vedanta admits to something similar with the five sheaths and kosas and the states of waking, dreaming, deep-sleep, and Turiya. (There are also different levels of Samadhi, Samadhi not being exactly the same as the same concept in Buddhism but nearer the Dhyana.) So waking, and dreaming are really wrong perception, and deep-sleep is non-perception. However with non-perception we have the seed, as not being awake to the true reality, which results in the other states I suppose of wrong perception or an effect. So ignorance causes the effect. So with deep-sleep there is an absence of knowing.

I think that connection with the body conceals the ‘real’, knowledge or Vidya. In dreams the senses cease to function , so everything is happening in the ‘light’, of the ‘Self’. So whatever happens in dream doesn’t attract any karma for it due to previous good and bad karma that the dream takes place. So anything in a dream is not binding, also some dreams are past lives, future lives, and astral travel. We know this ,for when we awake we don’t take any responsibilities for the happenings in a dream, or perhaps you don’t remember. There is an underlying consciousness to all this, otherwise one wouldn’t even be able to detach from the last dream.

In dreamless sleep there is still a veil over our consciousness, which makes it part of Saguna. That is, the consciousness is awake but there is nothing for it to know except nescience prevailing.

In Buddhism, as there are different ‘absorptions’, there are some differences in the Vedanta. Coma, Deep-sleep, Laya, and Yoga-Nidra, all sharing some similarities.

It is all about samskaras or impressions I suppose. It is like a vibration is actually a subtle, kind of lack of ‘True Consciousness’; The more gross the vibration the less the manifestation of this Consciousness, and the greater the veil.

So is the vibration the lack of consciousness or limitations or is the lack of consciousness the vibration, a chicken or egg question, both veiled in avarana and illusory anyway. Like a still ocean and each ripple is the limitation, building up to an individual wave/jiva. So lack of consciousness is ‘movement’, or the illusion of movement. However the seed must still be in the Self for it returns after pralaya or dissolution, as we return from deep-sleep.

In reality there is no ocean of Saguna Brahman only the Nirguna Brahman, perhaps you can call this the void or sunyata or moksha, or Turiya. However one cannot even call it this for then it is modified and thus Saguna.

As Pilate asked Jesus, " What is Truth?". Jesus didn’t answer for that was his answer, No modification, it is above perception and non-perception.

In Vedanta there is the concept of ‘God’, with attributes and also without attributes which is the Truth.

Love and Om Namah Sivaya, Tony.

Psychic Attacks.

Psychic Attacks.

On one particular occasion I was working as a portrait photographer in the Queensland Bush. I had taken a team of canvassers and myself to Mt. Isa, en route Darwin. The Isa is a large mining town in a semi-arid region of Queensland. I quite liked it there for there was a large Irish Club that I was a member of and business was good in the town.

Amongst my crew was a New Zealander, a Pake Ha, or white man. He was really hitching a ride to Darwin, in order to go on "the dole". He told the others that he was a witch, and I didn't take much notice at the time. I poo-pooed this and of course put myself in his bad books. I was to regret my cynicism and dis-belief for he was pretty strange anyway and didn't seem to approve of our business either.

One particular morning I noticed that my door was ajar and I had a hazy recollection of two people in my room. It was the witch and another fellow a young Scottish Immigrant, his friend.I thought it a strange dream and I dismissed it. Later in the day a few of my canvassers quit, including one with a car. So I had to go and rent a car. Whilst I was parking, the young friend of our witch asked me how my legs were. I told him that they were fine but then I noticed that they were getting weak below the knees. I had noticed some effects before this, but this directed my mind to them. I thought I must have a vitamin defficiency so I bought some mult-vitamins and had a meal.

As it happened I notice an old Aborigine woman, whose photos I had taken, staring at me from over the road. She could see something I could not and I would never find out what she saw, for years. I took many Aboriginal Portraits and many were on credit. The Aboringines always paid me, the whites, on credit, on the other hand invariably did not. This was the opposite of what I was told to expect. Anyway my legs were not getting better and I needed the car to get around.

The weakness was now up to my knees, a very strange feeling indeed. I decided to go into town to the Irish Club and have a beer and a chat. As I started out I felt a bolt of energy go through me and found myself saying " l Iove God,I love God," a most unusual thing for me to say .After this my legs began to strengthen but I didn't associate it at the time. I just thought the multi-vitamins were working. I kept the "Divine Experience" though and it started me thinking again about God. I still didn't go to Church though. About a year later I made a return to religious, if not spiritual enquiry and it no doubt started here in Mt.Isa. It was still a Christian oriented path though and I was reading the Bible and listening to prophecies.

A few years later when I was into the Huna and Hawaiian Mysticism I noticed something that shocked me. I was reading one of Max Freedom Long's books on the Huna and I came across a chapter describing how the Kahunas cursed people. I then remembered the witch in Mt.Isa. He said that he had been taught by the Maori Tofungas, Kahuna in Maori. I won't describe the method here but I realised that I had been cursed, Anana, and that my life had been in danger. I had been attacked by familiar spirits or thoughtforms, who would have eventually eaten up my energy or mana.

The energy bolt that went through me was a Divine Intervention of my Higher Self or Kundalini, and probably saved me from an illness or worse. I haven't had a problem since, although I still have the memory of it. The Buddha said if you don't accept a present from someone it stays with the giver. So put white light around oneself and refuse to accept the present, it will go back to whence it came. That is how to protect oneself from these attacks plus prayer is also a help.

One day, many years later, I was talking to Charlie T, in Vancouver, and he narrated a very similar experience to me. It seems that he had been working on the oil-rigs for a Singapore company and was making very good wages. His supervisor was a corrupt ex-cop and demanded bribes for contractual renewals. He was demanding quite a few hundred U.S. dollars and Charlie refused to pay. Charlie went direct to the company instead and this enraged the supervisor. Some time later Charlie became quite ill and lost all energy from his body and ended up on a respirator. How Charlie described it to me, it started in his legs and then worked it's way up his body. After recovering a little, a Malaysian who had yogic siddhis, did a cleansing on him. He told Charlie that he had been cursed by a dark, evil, witchdoctor.. It seemed the energy drained from Charlie's body from the feet upwards and weakened his whole system as it moved up his body. Eventually it progressed to his throat area, causing great pain, as it moved from the lower chakra to his vital organs. This process usually takes three days, I was attacked for only one day.

A lady told Charlie that he had been cursed by the supervisor on the rigs, who had gone to an evil yogi in Thailand, and paid him to curse Charlie to a painful lingering death. This was so similar to my story I was sure of what happened to me. It seems "evil mystics" use" thought forms" and captive or familiar spirits to curse you. These entities feed on your energy, prana or mana, starting at your feet and then progressively and aggressively work up your body destroying you. Charlie was given the opportunity to send the curse back to the curser but didn't bother now he was well. Also he was a spiritual person and didn't want to cause harm. In my case I did eventually forgive the Tofunga, or Dark Witch.

So one has to be so careful, some of these "left-hand Yogis". That is why one has to be so careful who one is listening to or associating with.

One of my own daughters also had a problem with spirit oppression, and she tried spiritual teachers, minor gurus and everything but nothing worked. They even were pulling her hair and terrorising her. Eventually she got fed up and told them that if they didn't stop bothering her she would get help and that they would be stuck on the lower planes forever. Once the fear was gone so were the oppressions.

Namaste H-ji, You think that I am rigid?

You will note that my post was almost all directly lifted from the words of Sri Lakshamana Swami....with some possible inference of the Mundaka....I am not a Mukti to state such a thing...However it is my understanding that if the vasanas are destroyed by Jnana or Bhakti then the 'Grace' can shine through as it is there all the time...So then it would be the inner guru that enlightens...However if one is not so advanced as Ramana but on the verge of realisation as was Mathru Sri Sarada then the intervention of a physical guru was apparently necessary..Also a living Guru can dispense Saktipat and Diksha to devotees, and only living Guru can be the medium for that..Ramana did this intervention with his mother and with several animals...a deer, Lakshmi the Cow etc. Sri Lakshmana Swami also did it with Sarada and with animals as well....even a rat...
Without insulting anybody a Mukta doesn't exist after death only the Self...So Ramana isn't around anymore but as a name for the Inner Guru or Self..This then posits the question whether one is advanced enough in the removal of vasanas to get one's own Grace so to speak or whether the intervention of a Guru with Saktipat and Diksha would be beneficial.. In my case I'm afraid I would need the living guru...at this point in my sadhana...Cheers Tony.

As you know on an ashram I was visited by a subtle yogi or siddha some years ago...and given some Diksha...which helped me progress from the position that I was in...Also when I was visiting my late father in Wales, where he had retired, I went up on a mountain and did a meditation....on awakening I had two words in my mind in Welsh..Clwyd Bach or similar....I don't speak Welsh so I had to ask my father who did and he said it meant 'a small gateway'..I didn't see the expression in that way for many years, then I came across the exact terminology spoken by a now living Guru.....Auspicious...hopefully...........Cheers Tony.

Sat-Cit-Ananda and NirGuna Brahman.

Sat-Cit-Ananda and NirGuna Brahman.

If one reads Ramana one will find references to Sat-Cit-Ananda as 'qualities' of the Self..Ramana very rarely goes beyond that except for a reference to Ajativada when talking of 'creation' theories. I think the reason for that is because most of his audience were bhaktas and hearing the beloved as such didn't exist is troubling...Nisargadatta Maharaj on the other hand, had a different audience so he took the teachings beyond consciousness to NirGuna...It is difficult to imagine NirGuna but it seems Saguna can be imagined as a blissful 'experience' of absolute bliss, consciousness and absolute existence....Maharaj says we must go beyond conscisousness. Taking these teachings logically takes one to the point were it is apparent that Saguna/Siva/Self/Sat-Cit-Ananda and NirGuna are realised simultaneously...only for a period of time whilst the life prarabda winds down to death is there any illusion apparent...For when the body drops of the Mukta all Saguna and Self disappear...

There is some indication of this in the false unity of 'deep sleep' and samadhis, but it is real in Nirvikalpa Samadhi...For where has Saguna/Self gone....it never ever happened....That is the absolute truth.......Ajativada completely.....Tony.

Sadgurus don't need to speak and discourse to teach...

Namaste, Sadgurus don't need to speak and discourse to teach...

I go on about about neo-advaitins and their teaching of 'lazy person's' enlightenment and no sadhana or practise...Whether it is the Sadhana of Vedanta or the Eight Fold Path of Buddha it is all necessary..In fact until these MCDonald;s instant gratification, franchised advaita, appeared on the scene...there would never have been a distraction...For now we have 'so many teaching so little to so many'..
My point with the non mukta teachers is that they are verbal non dualists or vndists..they have no Saktipat or Diksha, they only talk and regurgitate. True Sadgurus and Muktas do not need to come down to the level of speech to entertain people...That is one way to find the needles in the haystack...So this sorts out the real teachers the Muktas from all the neo advaitins and vndists..you can do it for yourself...Tony.

The Vndists and neo advaitins are just a step on the way and are interested in themselves mostly...so it is fine to listen but not at the expense of true teachings which exist......

1...Visitor: Is the relationship between the Guru and the disciple similar to
telepathy?
Â
Maharaj: Yes, telepathy can function if the receptivity is good. Some have a
buffalo like skull; no amount of thrashing affects that dull animal.
Â
V: Would Maharaj speak about the Guru and disciple relationship?
Â
M: The Guru links the relationship of the disciple with Self-knowledge and the
disciple nourishes it. The Guru links you to Self-knowledge, that is you Guru,
nourish it. The knowledge ‘you are’ is the Guru, once linked don’t disturb
the relationship by identifying with the body. Once a woman is married to a man,
it’s done, each must behave accordingly. Once linked with the Guru, you must
not identify, with the body. The knowledge ‘you are’, be there with full
devotion, the knowledge ‘I am’ is not the body.

Jai Guru Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

2....Says Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi: "Yes, sit down." The sadhu sat, and all eagerly looked at Sri Bhagavan; Sri Bhagavan looked at them. Sri Bhagavan sat in his usual pose, no, poise. No words, no movement, and all was stillness! He sat still, and all sat still, waiting. The clock went on striking, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, one, two and three. Sri Bhagavan sat and they sat. Stillness, calmness, motionless-not conscious of the body, of space or time. Thus eight hours passed in Peace, in Silence, in Being, as It is. Thus was the Divine Reality taught through the speech of Silence by Bhagavan Sri Ramana-Dakshinamurthy.

How CAn One Recognize a Realized Teacher or Sadguru by Tony O'Clery.

How CAn One Recognize a Realized Teacher or Sadguru by Tony O'Clery.
First of all a True Guru will call you and you will know from inside...the heart..However they usually share some common signals.

1. Teach vegetarianism .....for Daya, Ahimsa and self purification.

2. Teach recognisable Teachings from Vedanta and other Muktas. All is One and the small 'I' is false.

3. Usually they are not over active and don't travel a lot if possible....Nowhere to go!!!

4. They teach a lot by silence like Dakshinamurthi.....and are not given to long road show discourses...

5. They do not write copiously..but may answer questions.....but not usually from dilletantes..

6. Have the ability to answer obtuse questions without being tertiary educated...

7. You can usually feel their energy and they can give Diksha or initiation and Saktipat....

8. They are usually not making, generating and selling Books, DVDs, and asking for donations.

9. They are not given to siddhis and miracles although things may happen around them.

10. Regard all beings as being equal including animals.

11. Sometimes grant Moksha to animals......and advanced humans...

12. They usually prefer to more reclusive than expansive....

13. Demonstrate or advise some kind of sadhana...and meditation.

14. A Mukta has gone through a complete literal death experience losing the ego..Like Jesus,Ramana,Maharaj,Lakshamana, Saradamma, and others.

Those road show gurus are not usually Muktas and although do good work for everybody and themselves cannot impart initiation as only a Mukta with power of the Self can do that...

Of course the easiest way is to become a Mukta..............

My Gurus..

My Gurus..

I'm not sure how to answer that as I can only go by coincidences...........My first Guru was a spirit called Ibn el Rasa...who used to tell me to take 'the middle path'..I was into the Sufis at the time...I found out later that this meant Son of Sweetness or Rasa like Krishna. He appeared from nowhere and continued in my meditations for some time....even when I had the heavy Kundalini experience in my Heart Cakra...

My first book on any guru was on Ramana Maharshi....my second was on Ramana my third was 'No mind I am the Self'..on Sri Lakshmana Swamy and Mathru Sri Sarada..two years after...I was following the sai baba fraud for while but with the other foot in the Ramana camp..During this period I was visited, on an ashram in India, by the Subtle Siddha Yogi and received some initiation or Diksha on the process of meditation to the mindless state. One time I was visiting my late father who lived in Wales...I went up on to the feol or hillside to meditate. Before the meditation took hold I heard two words in Welsh...I don't speak Welsh by the way..So when I came back down I asked my father what the words meant..He said they mean ' small gateway'....ok that was in 1992. For ten years--Until fairly recently I never thought about a physical embodied Guru, only the Inner Guru..So I have only concentrated on the Self...Recently however it came to my mind that I needed something else to make progress, as I seem to be stuck on the wrong side of the river...I am intellectually enlightened but that means I don't need to read anymore...However when I was reading No Mind book again, I found the phrase 'the small gateway' on page 195.. This is what I heard on the mountain in Welsh...Clwyd Bach or similar..Then I realised that an embodied Guru or duo Lakshmana and Mathru must have been monitoring my progress, as I came from the Ramana camp so to speak, as did they....So I take that to be auspicious and if I have a need for a physical guru....I use them...I imagine them in my heart as the Self and then they merge into formlessness...SO MY GURU IS STILL THE INNER SELF BUT WITH AN EMBODIED INNER.OUTER SELF as well...Cheers and Om Namah Sivaya ...Tony,

A Living Guru is necessary and Why...Jesus, Ramana, Lakshama,Mathru.

A Living Guru is necessary and Why....Jesus, Ramana, Lakshama,Mathru

Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.John..14:6.

A Living human Guru is essential for Self Realisation. It is the Self acting as the medium of the Guru which finally destroys the ego and only the human guru can act as the medium. When the guru gives up his body The Self can no longer use him to destroy the devotee's ego...Sri Lakshmana Swamy.
The exception .Ramana Maharshi was a very advanced soul and almost completed his sadhana in his previous life.

The mind can never eliminate itself without the grace of the Self. The mind is afraid of its own death it will not do anything to endanger its own existence. It is like a thief who poses as a policeman in order to catch himself; the thief will only pretend to catch himself because he ultimately wants to escape....

Lakshmana says If one concentrates on and has devotion towards a dead guru then grace will come from the unmanifest Self and not from the form of the guru. This can take one to an effortless thought free state but it cannot pull the mind into the Self and destroy it...Only a Guru can do this.( A real Mukta Guru with power of diksha and saktipat. 99.99% of Gurus are not Sadguru Muktas..and probably 100% of Western teacher satsang gurus).

The mind will engage in sadhana or practise thinking that it wants to destroy itself, but as soon as the mind starts to sink in the Heart, a great fear arises which prevents the mind from completely subsiding. This fear is part of the minds self defence mechanism and you will never overcome it by effort alone. It is because of this that you need a Guru..Mukta Guru...--The Grace of the Guru calms the mind and helps it overcome the fear which otherwise prevent it from completely subsiding.

Some people say complete equanimity of mind is Self realisation, but this is not true. This is only a stage one passes through on the way

How it happened to me

How it happened to me.I had energy experiences since...I was a child, but I thought they came off rocks or the environment...They started get more apparent and heavy about 1982..I was an agnostic but I thought 'God' was talking to me...I had thought God was an energy anyway...In 1984 I started meditating after finding an expensive book by Richard Hittleman in the one dollar tray...From there I went to North American Spirituality, Chinese Tao, Kabbala and the Sufis...Zikrs and all...In 1985 on a visit to familiy in Australia I was on Bondi Beach, where I ate a hamburger. I fell asleep on the beach and had a strange dream that I was a cow. I saw the whole proces of the slaughterhouse, including fear, smells, noises, terror, cruel treatment etc....It was a horrifying nightmare and I awoke saying aloud 'They know, they know they are to be cruelly slaughtered'.That day I became a vegetarian on the strength of that dream....that very day.I had always said that if I ever really thought about the morality of eating meat, I would probably stop.
I was in the Theosophical Bookshop and I bought the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita after attending a speech by so called Sadguru from Hawaii called Butler. I later bought a book suggested by the staff on sai baba and was given an address to go to. This was the beginning of my involvement with this pedophile, murdering fraud guru...

Anyway I believed he was an avatar not a mukta...and I started reading Ramana Maharshi, by accident from a book in the library..'Be as you are'.1987.I had bought a book of letters from the Ramana Ashram the year before from a second hand bookshop, so I had heard the name....

Then the chronology goes like this....no referrals...

1. No mind I am the Self....1988.

2. Be as you are.....bought 1989.

3. Collected works of Ramana 1990....Sutras of Patanjali....

5. Ultimate Mediine..on Nisargadatta Maharaj....1989.

6. Pointers on Nisargadatta.1996.

7. I am that...Nisargadatta Maharaj...2001.

8. Power of the Presence....Ramana ...2003.

9. Plus I was heavily into Sankara, and Translated Sanskrit Texts, Puranas, etc....

So that is how it happened........plus visits to India.

Animal Muktas.

Lakshmi came near and started licking the papers. Bhagavan looked up and said: "Wait a little, Lakshmi." But Lakshmi went on licking. Bhagavan laid his paper aside, put his hands behind Lakshmi's horns and his head against hers. Like this they stayed for quite a long time. After some ten minutes or so, Bhagavan t...urned to me and said: "Do you know what Lakshmi is doing? She is in Samadhi."
Samadhis are built for Saints...Once an Ashram deer was attacked by some animal and the wounds turned from bad to worse. Sri Bhagavan sat near the deer and held its face in his hands, looking at its tearful eyes. Sri Bhagavan sat like that for a couple of hours. Chinnaswami asked my uncle who was standing close to look after the deer and relieve ... See MoreSri Bhagavan. Sri Bhagavan heard this but did not make any response. Sri Bhagavan sat there till the deer breathed its last. That was the compassion that Sri Bhagavan had for that deer. Soon after, Sri Bhagavan went to the hall. There is a Samadhi for the deer in the Ashram.
Swamy came across a cobra that had been woman in its last life.-----The cobra stopped in front of him raised its hood and looked at Swamy's eyes. Swamy looked back and the two of them gazed at each other for a few second...The cobra then lowered its hood and did pradakshina of Swamy's house.....After three visits it didn't return...Sri Lakshmana Swamy.

Process of Manifestation.

Process of Manifestation.....An extract from a few chapters I wrote in a joint effort tome....

By Tony O’Clery

Miracles are essentially technology that we don’t yet understand. We are moving into micro-nano technology, and unseen impulses and codes rule our present world. A thought is a thing, that is, it is created by our own mind, which is thought stuff in itself. (Or more accurately, thinking is identifying with a stream of thought.) The more one can penetrate the levels of mind, the more one can perform ’miracles’. However, there are ’left-hand’, yogis and magicians who also can perform some miracles, but this is not accompanied with any rise in spirituality. Even if one has some control over the lower astral planes, one can still perform these ’miracles’. One cannot influence a plane higher than one’s state of mind control.

Mantras or spells, and yantras or mind tools are used to trigger the mind into performing some feats. This is because they attract the corresponding vibration, in the subtle or less dense world. So the process of real personal magic is a system of belief, concentration and intense detailed visualization. There are other forms of unconscious, kinetic activity that seem to be triggered, by a person’s devotion to a ’God Form’. For example, I have seen ash, and ambrosia manifesting on pictures, not to mention on fruit, in temples and people’s homes. In some cases so much has been manifested, that a container had to be placed underneath to catch it all. Of course, there is also ’Spirit Activity’, as well.

According to the ancient wisdom, different planes can best be explained as the main divisions of consciousness. There are infinite permutations, but there appear to be certain levels in this whole of consciousness, blending subtly into one another. There are seven astral planes; the lower four, which could be regarded as somewhat difficult are the ’pretalokas’ or ’hell realms’. They are occupied with misshapen ghoulies, un-evolved humans, animals and non-humans. All the lower humans live here after death; criminals, drunkards, pedophiles and those with intense, unresolved hatreds and desires. They cannot satisfy their desires, so they learn from this frustrating experience. The Earth itself, as a lower plane, is a ’hell realm’, and there is much astral imaging here.

For example, the dark, subdued lights in bars and clubs echo the dark, dim light of the lower astral. So does much of the negative activity on the planet. The three, higher planes of the astral are what we commonly call ’heavens’, and are more pleasant and happy. All these planes involve beings having a recognizable form, albeit created by their own thoughts. Above the astral level, we have the mental planes, the lower four of which have form and every thought produces a living picture. The higher planes consist of blissful, living energies and colors, and in that way are without accepted human form. They are amorphous energy and light shapes, so to speak. Only the most advanced spiritual beings advance to the highest levels.

Above all these astral and mental planes and suffusing them, is the ’Consciousness’ Itself, or what some would call ’Immanent God’ or the Goddess. Above that is the inexplicable ’Transcendent’. The Ancient Wisdom teaches that, ’God’, projects a creation, an appearance, with which It is not involved... much like a dream, I suppose. This creation has a basis, a ’Unified Field’, or ’Akasa’, (Unitary Principle of Matter), which is suffused with and is ’Consciousness’. The ’Energy’ or ’Prana’, (Unitary Principle of Energy) --- at this stage--- is in a perfect balance and equilibrium. This is why one could think of the later manifested universe as even a hologram, for conscious energy is the ground or basis.

However, at certain periods it starts to manifest and gain attributes.

’The perfect state is ’the balance’ and it includes the potentiality of mind and intelligence to also be either ’active’, which is dynamic and has the potential of force, or ’dull’, which allows condensation to matter, inertness, destruction, ignorance, inactivity, sleep and death.’

These three form all the infinite, computations of matter and energy, as they interact ---forming all the energies, waves and particles or the ’creation’. This progresses to the ’opposites’, light and dark, joy and grief, action and reaction. This commences with vibration, then radiation and ends up with condensed energy or matter. The tradition is that the vibration is ’The Word’, OM, or ’Shabda’, which is described as ’Sound’. This leads to the question of: What is death? Sankara, a great philosopher of ancient times says it is “a separation from our desires”, or something similar to that. So it is a transition of consciousness, that is all it is ---a transition as to where the consciousness focuses. The fear and pain come from the loss of friends, family, attachments, and things we ’love’. When one dies, one moves initially to the ’Border Plane’, and one would retain a recognizable form... and in many cases, some consciousness of one’s situation. After some time, (usually a few days) a ’swoon occurs’, and this form is also left behind to disintegrate before the soul entity moves on to the astral. This is called the ’Second Death’. Moving from the astral would also entail another ’swoon’, and the disintegration of the astral bodies. In fact, moving up all the lower planes involves swoon and dropping of the corresponding ’shell’.

So called ’Evil Descents’ come from the lower four planes of the astral, which are nearer to this material plane. Hence, all the human desires and emotions are highlighted. They are nearer to the human attachments and desires of this physical plane. Because ’beings’ who dwell in the lower planes have no desire for spirituality, they strive for egoistic dominance and power over others. Many of them are adept at moving between these lower planes and really have no desire to move any higher. These are the beings that become the demonic: Hitler, Stalin and others. Many can shape-shift and bi-locate.

What is shape-shifting?

As I understand it ---from a yogic point of view--- the process is one of thought. While asleep, we all travel out of our physical bodies, but for so many of us there is no memory of this. Sometimes, we may just mistake it for a dream. However, a person with this siddhi, or yogic power, can do this consciously. This involves two different methods entirely. First of all, there is the bi-location effect, where a person is seen miles from where they are. This is the famous Doppelganger, or the etheric double, which really isn’t a separate body or sheath, but part of the physical body manifestation. It is a form of shape-shifting, but it is the same image and it is in a subtle form. The other type of shape-shifting, is where the form is more solidified to appear as a normal physical body. This can be done during different periods of time depending on the person. Some yogis have the ability to shift to numerous bodies, and some can take a different form or forms altogether. It all depends on mind control, and the abilities reached in previous incarnations.

To be able to demonstrate this in multiples manifestations ---at the same time--- takes a lot of yogic ability. Many spiritual yogis have this power, but it in itself is definitely not a sign of spirituality... anymore than riding a bicycle is. As most of the planet’s population, allegedly, have come up from the animal and mixture world, they do not have the ability to perform shape-shifting or other psychic feats. That is, it is not in the subtle, memory bank of their past tendencies and abilities. To make this a little clearer, it is necessary for me to explain the concept of bodies and their sheaths. In the Ancient Wisdom, there are three bodies: material, subtle and causal. These contain several sheaths, each more subtle than the other. The more one penetrates the mind, the more one has control over the lower sheaths and matter.

1.) The Food Sheath: The normal human physical body. This is what is known as the ’Material, or Physical Body’. (This is one of the reasons why some mystics are vegetarian, because it lightens the vibrations the body is composed of.)
2.) The Vital Energy Sheath: This is connected with all the human attributes and weaknesses, and energizes and heats the body.
3.) The Mental Sheath: This is the normal Lower Mind.
4.) The Awareness Sheath: This consists of pure and integrated awareness, or Higher Mind. These sheaths 2, 3, and 4, make up the ’Subtle Body’.
5.) The Bliss and Causal Sheath: The sheath of Human Potentiality. This sheath is experienced unconsciously in sleep, or consciously in some meditations. Beyond this is the Universal Consciousness, ’God/Goddess’, which blissfully, suffuses all the other sheaths and is the ’Ground’, (or basis) of everything. This is the Universal Over Soul.

At any given time ---depending upon which level or combination thereof that the person is operating at, so is the interpretation and function. So, working at level 3, an answer or interpretation would be different from that of level 4.
Those that shape-shift between planes, however, are still only operating at the lower mind level. They may even touch on the higher mind, but misuse it to perform “so called” miracles on the lower planes of mind. Because all is energy --yet it may change in form-- it cannot be destroyed, at least by man, that is.

In some ’past life’, experiences. I observed my body die several times, but it was like watching an old, silent movie. I have also had “out of my body” experiences while conscious. One time, I observed my body as it slept, only returning, for my inner clock told me that it was time to get up. Even though we all Astral Travel ---while in slumber--- (some consciously, some unconsciously) we often mistake it for a dream, as previously mentioned. However, on several occasions, I have visited with people close to me, those who have passed over. First of all, I talked to them almost quite normally while they were on the Border Plane, even observing that they could move around, so to speak.

On one occasion I was ’talking’, with an Aunt who had passed over; she had visited some places we had discussed and returned with some questions for me. After a few days of many conversations with both my daughter and I individually (My daughter is extremely sensitive and sees and hears the spirits), then with us together, there was a distinct change. She no longer seemed to answer me. So I went into a specific kind of meditation that I use on these occasions. I shall call it ’mind travel’, as opposed to the popular astral travel, which is limited. (I was initiated into this in India, by a Subtle Yogi. The technique allows me to cut through the lower planes.)
Dimensional Descents........Kumaras...

Spirals

SPIRALS IN TIME.

Spirals in time are swirls that meet,

And Back again to the center,

Visiting, loving, karmic fabric tears,

Waves that rise and fall but one,

Seas and oceans all but water,

Attachment to a ring is sorrow,

As the spiral moves around again,

The joy is spiral returns and turn,

As the mind the rungs do climb,

The moving rungs help by turning,

Until the spiral becomes Bliss,

Where dog and man human/animal,

Are just bubbles on an ocean of Love,

Rings of the spiral are named,

Rums, Brodi, Buds et al.

Similarities in ritual between Catholicism.Eastern Orthodox and Hinduism...

1. Guru/Mukta Worship....Jesus. Meditations...
2. Mother Goddess Worship....Mary.
3. Deva devotion......Saint devotion.
4. Devas with specific tasks.........Saints with specific tasks.
5. Vibhuti..............Ash- As in ashes to ashes ....dust to dust...( The triumph of Palm Sunday was turned to ash very soon, hence the palms burnt to ash.,
6. Incense/candles .represent the rise of prayer and devotion.......Hindu.same thing.
7. Holy Water............Hindu Tirtha and Holy waters,.
8. Holy Communion...........Hindu prasad and vibhuti.
9. Guru's birth and death........Hindu same...
10. Veneration of Mother of Guru....Hindu ..same.
11. Use of ancient language Latin....Hindu...Sanskrit.
12. Turn the other cheek........Hindu ..Ahimsa...
13. Rosary and rosary beads to the Mother Mary....Hindu same thing Japa and japamala..
14. Mystic Union and ecstasies..........Hindu....Various Samadhis.
15.Offerings on the Altar.........Hindu..same thing.
16.The Law of God is perfect.....Hindu...karma.
17. Priests and assistants...........Hindu ....Priests and Pundits.
18. Certain orders of nuns and monks, anchorites...........Hindu...Sannyasins...and sadhus.
19. Well know mystics like Theresa and St John..Hindu...Yogis and Jnanis.
20. Works of mercy..............Hindu...Karma Yoga.
21. Baptism and confirmations....Hindu...initiations and baptisms.
22. Dualistic but part of God.....Hindu ...Visishtadvaita....
23. Novenas and days long devotions and rosaries...........Akhanda Bhajans...Nava.
24. Belief in survival of the body and subtle planes....Hindu...similar.
25. Purified spiritual body............Hindu purified vijnanamayakosa...

This is just some that spring to my mind. Once you get to the Sermon on the Mount, the Gospel of Thomas then it is really Vedantic.
Reincarnation is referred to by Jesus and Apostles in several places......but not overtly taught...
There are a lot of similarities indicating an Vedantic, Mystery and Buddhistic influence.
Revelations--- by St John is a description in a mystical way of the rise of Kundalini and the seven churches are the seven cakras. Descent of Holy Spirit is Kundalini...

In fact but for the belief in the exclusivity of Jesus as a Karana Janma,,,it could fit into Hinduism very easily.........

Fear and ego..

Fear and ego..

We don't want to be free from fear. All that we want to do is to play games with it and talk about freeing ourselves from fear." U.G. Krishnamurthi.

This quote covers a lot of ground..the ego itself is expanded out of the defence reaction response of animals...Otherwise how would they know that it is they under attack....This response is taken by the potentiality in the mind and expanded into the great Ego or Ahamkara we know today...So fear is part of this response....and thus tied inexorably to the ego...People love fear in a way, as it expands the ego and makes it feel alive....I must exist look what is happening to me , I am really alive..Young teens and others like to go to Horror and Vampire movies as it scares them...They like to tell ghost stories at camp and sleep overs as it scares them but without the attendant danger of real attack....It is all about the ego....a person with little or no ego ususally has little or no fear....and a Mukta has no fear at all...As what is there to be afraid of? Fear is magnified by the imaginary ego to reinforce the feeling of Aham or the small aham ego.....We love fear as we love our ego.................

Grace

IMO..Grace is Brahman, Grace is The Self, Grace is the I Am consciousness.....Where the Self is reflected. Bhakti Devotion and Sadhana creates energy which burns up or fries the vasanas, so they cannot sprout.. A Guru can do this with Diksha or projected energy, for both the Jnani or Bhakta alike. Self Enquiry and sadhana of a sadhaka on the path of Jnana removes the vasanas or fries them. 'I Am' consciousness is the Pond reflecting The Self...Vasanas are the scum on the surface impeding this reflection of The Grace..So The Self Helps those that Helps themselves...Only a Mukta Guru or our own Sadhana creates the Grace...The Self as ever is the Sakshin or witness...The amount of Grace we receive is in proportion to the amount of progress we make in removing vasanas....all part of Prarabda Karma really.....Love Tony.

Dimension Travel with old Yogi...Diksha. I FEEL IT WAS SRI LAKSHAMANA SWAMY BEFORE I CAME TO HIM.

Dimension Travel with old Yogi....One time on an ashram in India I was lying on my mattress peacefully, July 1989.just looking at a picture on the door, when an old balding yogi (astral?), in a shabby brown robe came into the room, or appeared rather. I wondered why he was in a brown ragged robe instead of orange. I thought maybe he was a Buddhist or perhaps not. He told me to tap him on the shoulder and he pointed where, on his back, on the right hand side. As soon as I did that I went up through all the dimensions of form and mishapen beings and just coloured energy until my mind blanked out and went beyond experience...I then came around lying in the same position on my mattress and realised that this was some kind of Diksha or initiation. I could do it at will thereafter and eventually just went direct to NirVikalpa Samadhi, as i had been doing something similar in a haphazard fashion prior to this....or the preparation thereof rather. I finally figured out that he was a Siddha and the fact that I was on an ashram in India made it all more appropriate and occasion for this Diksha... .............Tony.

PURIFICATION OF THE BUDDHI,AND SELF-SADHANA

PURIFICATION OF THE BUDDHI,AND SELF-SADHANA. 29/03/98-Vancouver.-edited. P=Participant.

Before I start let me say that because I can talk about all this, doesn't mean I can do it. Also I believe Creation didn't happen and all this is just an appearance, but as Sankara said, its real whilst you are in it. (Actually the appearance didn't happen either, IMO-Tony.).

Purification of the Buddhi, or the individualised version of the universal Mahat, is necessary for spiritual progress. The Buddhi is an aspect of the Vijnanamayakosha or Awareness Sheath, it is the Inner Mind or Antahkarana. When it is turned inwards it pierces through Maya and leads to Moksha or Liberation. When it is turned outward it only succeeds in enhancing the power of the Lower Mind or Manamayakosha. This part of the mind is turned out to desires and satisfaction of the senses. A Buddhi turned outwards is a distortion of its'function. For man can manipulate his mind to enjoy the senses, out of season, so to speak. Unlike the animal, which only operates instinctively within its' Dharma.

I will briefly talk about the five koshas and how this purification process works. It is a reversal of consciousness as we know it, to its' "Natural" State. The five koshas are the ANNAMAYA,PRANAMAYA,MANOMAYA,JNANAMAYA,ANANDAMAYA KOSHAS. THAT IS THE FOOD,ENERGY,MIND,AWARENESS OR INTELLECTUAL,BLISS OR CAUSAL SHEATHS.

These Sheaths all relate to different planes of consciousness of course. The first thing you have to do when washing dirty clothes is loosen the dirt first then you can wash the clothes.

This is all illusion, for example do you get involved in a T.V. show? Do you feel for the person suffering? Well this world is also an illusion, why get involved in it? Feel compassion yet but do not get attached.

We must start self-sadhana by purifying the food sheath and work our way up so to speak. We purify the food sheath by regulating our food and avoiding tamasic food and meat. Eating meat means we absorb bad vibrations plus we are sending billions of Jivas to the subtle world many of which are born again as humans. Billions of people were these animals in their last lives and they bring their resentment of human beings with them. The resentment of their bad treatment and having their lives cut short. Hence this contributes to violence, mass slaughters and so on. People don't realise this, and they wonder why kids kill kids or there are massacres like Ruanda.

We purify the energy sheath by controlling our desires. This is also connected to the mind sheath where desires and attachment to the senses have to be controlled. The important sheath in this process is the awareness sheath which is part and parcel of the Buddhi, and controls and guides the lower sheaths particularly the mind. Intelligence isn't awareness, some geniuses are spiritually ignorant and unaware.

The Guru. "SPARSHAN,DARSHAN AND SAMBHASHAN.That is awareness of His presence, receiving the impact of His Divinity and assimilating and actualising His teaching, not just seeing, touching and listening.

Darshan is the Insight of Divine Beauty acquired from meditation. Sparshan means the installation of the lotus feet, and all that means,in one's heart. Sambharshan means praying directly before Him and listening to His response before the inner altar of one's heart.Meditation in other words.

Only a deserving Shisya gets a proper Guru.....Gita 4:39.40,and Sankara's Viveka Chudamani 19,20,and 363. So Buddhi should control the mind and not the reversal.S.S. and Gita 2:62.Gita 9:22. It is said that desire (for purification or Liberation) without effort is useless, Self-Sadhana purifies our impulses. "Manas Sathyate Shuddhate". Only Truth can purify and sublimate the mind.

To achieve this purification there are Four Exercises.

1) Swadhaya, that is reading spiritual books, bhajan, satsang, to make us aware of the Atma.

2) Japa, this should go on unceasingly, be aware and only come out into the world when it is necessary. To think of 'God' at death is very difficult, if you haven't practiced the Name all your waking life. It is better to start at about eight or nine years of age. Some people die and don't even realise they have died, others get distracted at the last moment, or are confused by the memories of their life. It is not so easy to be like Ghandiji and remember Rama as we die. Nobody experiences death for one is unconscious. Except if you are a Yogi then there is no death of course. Sankara says death is being separated from our desires.

3)Homa, Japa becomes Homa, offer all activities to The Lord all day long.Don't offer Grace just for meals, Brahmarpnam etc is to purify our inner being for all is food for the senses.

4)Brahmiya Kriyate Tanuhu.A Divine Inner Body".(1)

Finally this inner balance leads to purification of the Buddhi. Cessation of the mind is the goal.

The Buddhi is not present in deep sleep just the thought "I am sleeping", we must purify even that thought and become God. Once we have stilled all thought we are God, we enter the fourth or Turiya stage of consciousness.

See all as God, Do all as God.This is through DAYA,KSHAMA,AND SHANTI; Compassion, Forgiving those that trespass against us, and Peace to all, all is God. Love,Love,Love,Prema,Prema,Prema. All is One!This is were helping others comes in for it lessens our preoccupation with ourselves and therefore weakens the ego sense, and helps expand our vision.

KOHAM.............SOHAM.Who am I? I am He!' Drive the thought inward to the Universal "I". By eliminating the illusion of an individual ego. "I"is that background feeling of awareness that suffuses everything.

All these exercises are to purify one's Buddhi so that one may have one-pointedness and achieve Liberation, or loss of illusion and Moha. For a purified Buddhi is essentially a state of no mind, which is Liberation. Love is the answer, infuse our thoughts!

(When a stage is reached that one feels deeply that whatever is being done is happening and one has not got anything to do with it,then it becomes such a deep conviction that whatever is happening is not happening really; And that whatever seems to be happening is also an illusion.)Sri Nisagardatta Maharaj.

We move from thinking we are our own thought, to realising we are God's thought and eventually we realise there was no thought at all, just Bliss.

Questions and statements,Tony and Participants.(It is all opinions.)

Tony.....How do you purify yourself?I'll throw it out to the male side first.

Joyce(Co-ordinator.).....Let's have a minutes meditation first!

P(participant.).....What is the relationship between internal and external purification? Is physical purification required for internal purification?

Tony.....We live in a polluted world, everything is polluted;the water we drink is polluted, the food we eat is polluted, the people we talk to are polluted,we are polluted. There is no difference.Everything is One.We divide the bodies and consciousness up into different planes, but it is actually just one.You cannot have impure mind, body and be physically impure and then try and purify the inner mind.It would be exremely difficult to do,it is all one,the body is what we eat,and our mind is what we hear, read or think. There is no difference between outer and inner purification it's all the same thing.(It seems we have to have purification of the outer to some degree in order to work on the inner.Eventually when reaching the light of the Self all impurity would be burned up.)

P....I think the most purest form of purification would be early childhood, four or five years old,to start the purification process.I have a question. You are saying Sparshan, Darshan and Sambarshan.....If you go through all three of those,in the presence of a Yogi, and touch the feet etc, does the purification process increase?

Tony.....Well I'm not a Yogi but they say if you touch the feet of a Yogi, the fact that you are near the energy, it would help you along in the purification process obviously, but if you go inside yourself then that is as far away as 'God' is . So you can have it come from inside as well. So it helps,it's not absolutely necessary but,for a lot of people,it helps.

P.....Purification can be achieved by first recognising and searching within yourself.First learn to love yourself because by loving yourself you can give this love.Once you have Divine Love to other human beings, towards the Earth, towards Mankind, towards the Universe purification is automatic.

Tony.....That's exactly the fourth exercise..Shanti..Love,Love,Love, Prema,Prema,Prema. It comes under Shanti one of the four exercises...It's Shanti.

P.....I think purification starts with control of the senses, not eating meat and if watching television, watching only non-violent shows.

Tony.....That's how it all started whether you descended as a Being or came up from the animals. Those big girls painted on the side of hoardings in India, shouldn't even look at that.It changes the direction of the mind all the time....Mental Pollution..exactly.

P.....You are what you eat...Purification Process starts with Compassion....eating habits,eliminate killing...etc.

Tony.....Exactly.

P....(Joyce the Co-Ordinator.)Talking about not positive but negative emotions.Feelings like;anger,greed,jealousy,fear,envy...we have them all in one degree or another. Pray about it,meditate about it,....clean your heart everyday you go into meditation and ask to be helped to be cleaned out.Without that you will never be pure. Our feelings bring us to our troubles and we simply got ourselvles into it with what we have been given as a gift....our minds. We can get ourselves out of it.Sometimes people will hold on to a feeling ,a negative feeling intil they die rather than give it up.I've seen it over and over and over.So you have to be honest with yourself.First deal with it...ask for help and may be just may be we will be purified.

Tony..Right..Somebody over here now?

P.....You mention Pollution,I think we are surrounded by negative influences, sensuality, television etc.We have to control our energies, thoughts and direct them on the path of meditation and purification.

P.....Purifying our thoughts starts within, but there are so many outside influences. One thing that comes to my mind, was the onion.Peeling away our faults,no matter how many tears to get rid of negative emotions.Going through all negative emotions peeling away slowly one at a time, slowly but surely.

Tony.....That's a good method,a lot of Yogis use it,they say Neti...Neti...not this ...not this...All the bad thoughts and so called good thoughts and things they eliminate one at a time. They end up with the one thought....Yes..that's what we have to do.

Tony.....There are many different ways and everyone has mentioned an angle of the same thing. So many different people,so many different levels of awareness. So people are coming from different directions all the time.

P.....This gentleman touched on what I wanted to say about continuing to ask the question "Who am I?". Joyce referred to emotions,so often our thought patterns which continually jump up from simple thoughts result in negative emotions, that she listed. But if we go back further the problem stems from believing that we are the body and I think continuing to ask the question"Who am I?" has to be the greatest purification.

Tony....By asking the question "Who am I?",that is the original thought of human beings, the Ego,that is the original fall of human beings:I".Every thought is connected with the "I"-because you own the thought, therefore if you go back to the feeling of "Who am I?",and you eliminate the "I" or you try and find the "I" you'll find the "I"does not exist. There is only one Universal "I".At that point the originator of all your problems and all your impurities and all your thoughts are gone. The chain is broken-the mind doesn't exist-it's just a bundle of thoughts and desires--and they are all connected to the"I" thought. The feeling of"I, once the "I" thought is gone then they go.This is the whole process of elimination. Is to bring the mind in and in and in,whether it's through different practical exercises or meditating. It's to get one pointedness, one pointedness,of concentration and go in and get the feeling like you were a little child.Jesus said "suffer little children come unto me".What He meant was be like little children,an innocent child.

P...(Same person.)...Having said what I have said,I also believe that a certain degree of subtley of mind is required to even be in a level of consciousness to even want to ask the question"Who am I?".To grasp the purpose of asking it,so a certain level of basic purification is already necessary.

Tony.Yes... they say there are "horses for courses",what suits one doesn't suit another.(There are different levels of awareness.)

P...Male..Love All.?.

Tony.....What does it mean?--well someone over here just mentioned it,start off by loving yourself and realising you are not an individual. You are everything and the purpose of loving all and serving all is getting your mind off yourself. It has all got to do with concentration, when you help people,it's not the people that you are helping. You've been given the opportunity to help them so you can help yourself. If you don't help them, they are God's people,God's poor,God will help them anyway. You're helping them to help yourself. It's to reduce your own ego, your own "I" feeling, the more you help people. Many many years ago when I stopped drinking and I used to go to A.A..They had a saying that if you are thinking of other people you can't get depressed,if you are out helping other people it's pretty hard to get depressed, because you aren't thinking of yourself. This is one of the main reasons for Seva, your mind isn't thinking about yourself, you are thinking of this person and that person, and you're not thinking of yourself, and that reduces your"I",thought. That's why "Love All".

P...same person.Enslavement,you are a slave?

Tony.....No,No,it's not being a slave,a slave is somebody that has no will, there is no karma(Seva),in being a slave, for he has to do as he is told. There is no good or bad karma in being a slave,he has to do as he is told. When you are doing good work like this, you are creating good karma of course,if you can eliminate the "I" thought, you eliminate that as well. It's not enslavemenat helping other people,a slave has no choice.

P.... The best method is Namasmarana, and only seeing God,seeing everything pure, and you will see yourself pure.

Tony.....Japa is the same thing. It's like the psychiatrist programming one's mind,he doesn't eliminate the problem thoughts but reduces them to say 5%.The other 95% is the programming the psychiatrist put in there. So for all intents and purposes the bad thoughts are gone. With Japa you are programming yourself, you are programming your mind with God.The Name of God,The Form of God and God are all the same thing, there's no difference. So by doing Japa you increase the Love, you purify by "eliminating" other thoughts from the mind, and constant Japa....well it creates Liberation.

P...same person..In the Baghavad Gita Lord Krishna says see all equally as God.See only the Pure no dirt, everything is Pure.

P.....To purify ourselves,to engage ourselves in good satsang and meditation, jnana, which is a step towards purifying ourself.Talking about food--the concept here is Hindus not eating meat, for more sathwik food, but there are more tamasic food in vegetables.

Tony.....Like eating too many onions and chillis?

P....same person.Correct! In Ayuraveda there are more Tamasik vegetables mentioned--in a book by Sankara--I can't remember the name--advising not eating tamasik food.Talking about eating meat there are so many Saints eating meat, talking about the Buddha. There is a Buddhist concept we take food from other people, whatever they offer we eat.But they are highly spiritual Saints and all.

Tony.....To a highly evolved Yogi(Jivanmukti),it doesn't matter what you eat anyway.

P...same person.Yes!Basically not eating meat to avoid killing. There are lots of people eating meat, they are more spiritual than those who are eating vegetables.

Tony.....It depends on what your level of awareness is,there are four types of Human Being,Human animal,Aspiring Human Being,Human Being and Divine Human Being.

If you are a Human Animal you can do all the things that animals do-mate,eat,sleep,defend whatever. If you are an Aspiring Human Being you have to change yourself from an animal. You have to take on Ahimsa, not killing an animal to eat its meat.

Human Beings are like a flower,a flower bursts into creation and it gets to a certain point,at the end of the day when it closes its petals and it goes back in again.Human Beings are the same, not every flower bursts into creation and comes back in at the same time. Some close earlier some close later, the person still coming out into manifestation, they are more likely to be a Human Animal. If they have decided to close in the petals and come back;whereas they are more likely to be an aspiring Human Being.

Tony....And now we can have the last speaker.

P.....A last thought --to say that cleanliness is next to Godliness, cleanliness spiritually and physically its the same.So for the spiritual and mental we shall take a bath.We take a mental bath whilst we are doing our prayers and meditation,so it washes our mind.It should wash our mind but we don't know how pure we are,or where we are at.So by just doing it,we should eliminate some of the impurities that we think and receive.

Tony....It's no good in wanting to be Liberated unless you have a method of Sadhana. You have to have a practice, you have to have a system. It's no good saying I want to be Liberated, you've got to have a system. You say Morning Prayers, how much Japa do you do on a regular basis, how much Seva do you do.You have to have a Sadhana,if you don't have a Sadhana you're not going to get anywhere,Even if it's just thinking I'm not the "I".

Joyce...Thank you Tony for giving us this opportunity to think about ourselves.I was just thinking you can't love yourself unless you purify yourself, you have guilt about whatever you are doing, that will destroy that self love.Thank you again.

Om Namah Sivaya.... Tony.

Neo-Advaitins still misread

..Neo-Advaitins still misread me continually and I put this down to the fact that they are a neo advaitin and that I have come up through Hindu Advaita Vedanta....Let me put it this way...A highly intelligent person can have a mental problem....the psychiatrist talks and talks and eventually the problem becomes comparatively small...because the mind is .. More reprogrammed...so a person can have a high IQ and still have a problem in the mind---samskaras. This is in parts of the mind which are not immediately used daily...namely the vijnanamayakosa versus the daily manomaykosa...so we don't know really where we are!!!!!!!Even Maharaj continued with bhajans and sadhana...plus his method of I AM, is supposed to be felt as a sadhana it is not an intellectual exercise..........There is a reason why the ancients still used a science of practise.....take what you want from this...as neo advaitinism will only lead you to different states of consciousness and not Moksha.

Kundalini

From: Tony O'Clery <

Avatar just means 'cross-down', in Sanskrit. So we are
all avatars but in the usually accepted meaning of the
word we mean a 'fully conscious integrated awareness
descent'. I suppose Purna-Avatar or Full-Cross-Down is
a better word.

Talking about K; The staff of Hermes,(Toth), was the
Druid's wand and has been used since the time of Mu.(
The Druids even called themselves serpents.) These are
the so-called snakes that St. Patrick chased out of
Ireland, unfortunately. Well not completely they kind
of combined with the Christian Orders.

It is found carved in petroglyphs in various places.
The staff is the Sushumna and the snakes are the Ida
and Pingala nadis running from the Muladhara to the
left and right nostril respectively.( There are
believed to be 720 million nadis,or subtle nerve
channels in the body.) The Ida is called the Moon nadi
because of its cooling effect, the Pingala the Sun
nadi because of its heating effect.

Kundalini Sakti runs up a channel in the Sushumna
called the 'Chitrini nadi'. However 'Moksha', does not
come about with the rise of Kundalini to the Sahasrara
Chakra. It has to go down the Paranadi into the right
side of the chest to the 'Heart Centre', ( note Centre
not Chakra). I think the Caduceus is used by medicine
because people with an awakened Kundalini Sakti are
healthy. For She/Sakti cures illnesses and gives even
mentally ill people a new intellect.

So called 'bad effects', and dramatic sensations from
the rise of Kundalini, which most describe as the
actual K, are in fact not K-Sakti but the Prana
Kundalini clearing out the dross, even bringing out
illness. This is to prepare the way for the Kundalini
Sakti, so to speak. (My first experience was dramatic
but since has been more steady.

With regard to Leadbetter, it is my humble opinion
that he 'saw', the lower etheric form of Chakra as
opposed to the higher subtle.

In the end result K is risen and totally integrated
desireless integrated awareness. Admittedly for some
there is a certain enjoyment in the cleansing prana
activity, for others it may be painful. There is a
danger at this stage to mistake this as K-Sakti as
opposed to prana, and become attached to these
sensations. Enjoyment and even bliss are still
obstacles to overcome. Until one realises that one is
actually the 'God', with no attributes at all.

I feel if one can visualise the K then that is Prana.

In the final analysis both Kundalini and Sakti are but
temporary illusions on awareness.

All this can be found in the works of , Swami
Sathyananda Saraswati, Sri Ramana Maharishi, Swami
Sivananda, Hiroshi Motoyama , Purananda, Yoga Cudamani
Upanishad, Yoga Kundalini Upanishad, Yoga-Shikka
Upanishad.

Ego2

Only 'No I' can be free....there is no freedom even with a submissive mind....Ahamkara has to go....what is left is the I Am-Sakti using the vijnanamayakosa which is it self when purified.........As there is no time things have already happend at the material level..This is why Raman reacted and reflected the minds of his audience...he was gone as ... See Morean ego and therefore didn't decide what to say or do...A slight trace of buried ego can come roaring to life at any time. It is a trickster and can hide and give one a false impression of freedom or moksha...it is the thief in the palace of Emperor Parikshit.....

Astral Descents

Astral Descents....It is my birthday so my wife took me off to the Ballet again....Nutcracker of course Tchaikovsky and all that....thouroughly enjoyed myself again. However couldn't help thinking as I watched all the beauty and artistry of the dance and music that it is so so ASTRAL......it is all at that level of mind.......Now that is a secret...about that and the people who like and are associated with it........10 hours ago .
The fact is that withing illusion, there is not only an evoluton but a descent down as well. These entities meet, those that are evolving and those that descended. Most of the yogis and descents are descended from the second or third wave of astral descents....hence the remarkable differences between the levels of awareness in humans....and the distortions thereof....

Human Ego.

There is no human ego mind..per se.it just the misuse of a 'defence reaction mechanism'.All animals have a defence reaction mechanism,,,when attacked or in danger, otherwise how would they know that it is them being attacked. Humans have expanded this limited feeling into a full blown imaginery ego.-Who am I? who is being attacked oh it is me that is under attack. So now we have strengthened the feeling that 'I am the body idea'. It is just an animal reaction that has been built up into a phantom by the mind, and its Vasanas and desires. All layered on to the original phantom ego ahamkara...

Human Ego.

The mind builds up its phantom layer by layer, illusion by delusion until there is a substantial thoughtform or entity. Like attracts like in vibrations...however the whole thing is strung on the sutra of 'I' or ego, which doesn't really exist.

Just pull the string and the knitting comes undone. And what pulls the string is the removal of vasanas and the Guru/Self itself....We can take ourselves to Kevala NirVikalpa Samadhi but the Vasanas prevent it being permanent realisation or Sahaja NirVikalpa Samadhi...

To put it simply the dream of ego is not yours but the Selfs....can you stop your own dream ,yet stop anybody else's never mind the Self's. ?

Overcoming karma..

Overcoming karma..

Karma is made of mind stuff it is memory of an action and its reward. Most karma is memory karma....all other karma is just action/reaction in kaos and evolution.

Karma is on the physical plane, karma memory is on the non karmic mind level. So it can be overcome with the same stuff it is made of -energy or prana. It can be overwhelmed by other actions and prana, so it is buried and doesn't take over manifestation.....So all being karma is true in one sense but living one's life in a certain way, thinking that is Karma and one can't help is not true........All is illusion in the end anyway,,,

Free Will and Karma.

Namaste All,Free Will and Karma, Memory Karma...

Karma is actually action so lets not confuse that with human memory karma..

First of all it seems that ‘all’, is actually mind. Sakti is mind, Mahat is mind, so really apart from so called individual thoughts, all is thought. The projected appearance of Saguna Brahman, or 'God' within illusion.

In the first place all is a dream and an illusion , and we are operating at two levels, relative and absolute. Also there are the constituents of the dream to

consider. If we take Einstein and relativity etc, then physically there is no time, beyond the speed of light. (In fact quarks and

sub-atomic particles travel back in time.)

This is Kala or time, and Universal Consciousness is Kala or Time. So Time itself is an illusion and doesn't

exist really. It is all a dream of the concept "God". So in this dream everything is really happening at the same time, it is just the

play of consciousness that gives the illusion of progression and time. It is like lives, they are like a cartwheel and the lives are the

spokes. Consciousness is the hub, and we concentrate consciousness on one spoke at a time, hence lives, but they all happen at

once! However because consciousness has become associated with the illusion it has to free itself with free will.

This entails taking

responsibility for our actions , as if we were making things happen. It is said that we see our future life before taking birth, so

everything that is going to happen has happened or rather is happening. So at birth a veil is drawn over our consciousness, so to

speak and then we have to literally, "Act out ", the drama, as if we are making decisions , that effect a really non-existent future.

So in fact when we ponder over a decision and them make it, that was the decision we had already made anyway. There was just

the illusion that we were making it, so that we could take responsibility for it and learn. Learn what? Learn that we are part of a

dream!

So the illusion of experiencing causes pain etc and eventually the "Consciousness Realises this and wakes

up------Liberated". However as Sankara says it is real enough whilst you are in it. This is where karma comes into play for at this

level of relativity there is the law of "action and reaction ", that keeps the illusion going so to speak. Until you realise you are the source and the truth.

and it is all a dream. "Understand there is no free will for individuals. They are constrained by various limitations. Universal consciouness alone has

total free will. All others are bound in one way or another. Whatever one's efforts ,the ultimate outcome lies beyond one's day to day control. Yes even the decision to work or not to work is determined. So raising ourselves by our own effort was also determined, the effort was the choice of the mind, a choice already having been made. I'm not saying sit down and do nothing, but if one did that would be determined also. The Gita also talks at different levels that's why it is so popular----the different yogas. It is only the body mind complex that receives the karma anyway not the real You. My point again is we have to surrender for we are not the doer, and literally everything is preordained. The only choice we have is to make the mental choice. One should understand that karma literally means action, and that there are different types of karma including memory karma. Now everything happens at once so when we do an action the opposite action is also completed, even though it doesn't manifest until a 'future' life. So our choice is to learn, so if we make the right mental choice then that happened at the same time as the bad choice and nullifies that karma for the future. However there is karma and memory karma. Karma is much like Chaos and consists of action and reaction. Memory karma is where the human entity due to memory and need to learn, puts itself in a certain physical situation. This is a personal karma and is not available to animals as they do not have guilt. However we have to play out our role until Moksha cancels all our future karmas.....ONS..Tony.

COGNITIVE DISSONANCE CARNALITAS....

COGNITIVE DISSONANCE CARNALITAS.
This is a version of cognitive dissonance that specifically applies
to spirituality, especially Buddhism and Hinduism and their
adherents. The Oxford Dictionary gives this meaning for Carnalitas;-
Sensuality, Unspirituality and Fleshiness.... Read More
In the Eastern Philosophies there is a basic tenet called Ahimsa or
resistance to the practice of violence;--in other words practice non-
violence. It is the essential teaching of the Buddha and all the
Hindu teachers, Avatars and Yogis. This is why `meat-eating' is not
practiced by these people.
However there are many on the `so called' spiritual path, especially
Westerners, who have a conflict with this. They know and understand
the teaching on Ahimsa and meat eating but yet ignore it and worse,
try and rationalize it, with innumerable excuses on why they still
partake of meat.

Usually with ideas like; `All is one', it doesn't matter what one
eats and so on. There seems to be a gap between the tenet of non-
violence and what they consume. They do not seem to connect the
torture and suffering of animals and what is on their plate.
Obviously there is some Egoistic desire and habit associated with
meat eating, which is stronger than their professed spirituality,
which demands Ahimsa.
I have studied this condition in spiritual seekers for some years
and could never understand the `disconnect'.
I finally decided that it is similar to the `True Believer
Syndrome', and also `Cognitive Dissonance', both of which are
cognitive disfunctions.
So I have coined the phrase `Cognitive Dissonance Carnalitas', to
describe this condition.
It only applies to `Eastern Spiritual Seekers', or 'spiritual seekers',for other people who eat meat have no conflict, as it is accepted as part of their
culture; So no cognitive dissonance arises…………….Tony.

You cannot have 'God' in your Heart....and meat on your plate..That is just the idea of god in your mind...not Heart.

Daya or universal compassion and Ahimsa or resistance to harm, cannot co-exist with Tamas and Rajas...It is the difference between a human animal and an aspiring human being........Spirituality=Sattva...So even though a person may be a loving kind person, if they eat meat it indicates a lack of awareness if they claim to be spiritual or Yoga seekers...If indicates an undeveloped vijnanamayakosa....which is actually the state of the animal...This is why Ramana Maharshi says that those on the path of true yoga must be vegetarian......Tony O'Clery.

Sir, what happens after death?

A devotee: Revered Sir, what happens after death?

Ramakrishna: Keshab Sen asked me the same question. So long as a man remains in ignorance, in other words,so long as he has not realized God, he will be subject to rebirth; but after Divine realization one does not come back to this earth, nor is he born in any other world.

Potters after making earthen pots dry them in the sun. Have you not seen that there are pots which are baked in fire and others that are unbaked? When a pot of unbaked clay is broken, the potter uses the same clay to make a new pot; but if a baked pot is broken, the pieces are of no further use and he throws them away.

Similarly, when the ego is not baked in the fire of wisdom, after death it will appear in another form and be born again and again. If a fried grain is planted .it will not germinate; in the same manner, he whose inner nature is fried in the fire of wisdom is no longer subject to evolution, but attains to absolute freedom from rebirth. Alice, (Eilish) ......Seances

I will call her (A*****) AND I TALK TO Alice, (Eilish) 10th February 1996.

A**** had smelt "death",and soon after I told her about Eilish's death she was in contact with her. It seems if a person who has passed over is thinking about a particular person, or the reverse situation, and a medium is involved, that sets up the link or channel. It is a three way connection, to start with, with the lower minds involved, especially if the deceased is still in the border plane.

This chapter covers our questions and answer period with the newly dead Eilish.Who had only just passed away on the ninth of February 1996.The language may be stilted but this is how it was .

A acted as the conscious medium and relayed all the messages. Without meditation I was unable to hear or see Eilish, but I could see the images in my mind's eye. Eilish suffered from bone-cancer and died of pneumonia, in hospital. (Her family had kept from her, the fact that she was dying, which was unfortunate, but she indicated to A***** and I that she was aware of the fact, but didn't indicate why.)

Eilish.

She knows about the after-life now. She went to the green hills, straight after leaving the body.

Talking about Bridget-A grand-daughter?

She has a small antique oblong box, with a latch and wooden carvings. She wants Marie and Rosaleen to have it, (her eldest daughters.)

She wants a mass at the funeral and food for all afterwards. A white sweet, (probably blancmange.) She also said that she didn't like the idea of being buried in the ground. Her body that is.

She says that she is confused right now, what about Paul? (my brother whom she had a problem with.) I'd be happy to live in the hills. There is a wall, a brick wall, in the house, that needs painting.

She thought there was a judgment but everything is so different from what she expected in the afterlife.

Happy that the girls are at home with her husband, Greg.

Uncle Ted is here and another man, he will come in a dream. People are meeting her in the hills. There's a lady there to help her.

MESSAGE FOR ANTHONY.

I liked his eyes when he was a baby. You could tell that he was different, from his eyes. They were violet, and looked different.

Can she hold her rosary beads and cross? Are there steps to the light? (We had told her to look for the light, the clear light.) She remembers sunsets being beautiful in the hills.

We asked E whether she would mind if we asked a Deva, Angel, to help protect her. She said I could if I wanted to. At that moment two appeared, one each side of her, they were golden in colour. (This was of course her own wish).

At this point I held her hand for a while, I could feel the warmth.

She has a message for my mother, her sister , that she will see her soon enough.

Thanks to Marie and Rosaleen and thanks to someone for financial help/money??---Likely the late Reverend Father Ted?-her brother.
There is a Holy Cloth for Marie to put on her lap, light yellow khaki in colour.(Marie is a Eucharistic Minister, and this cloth was probably a vestment that the late Father Ted owned and left to Eilish.)

She will come and visit her husband, Greg whilst he is quiet in his chair.

She mentioned the wooden box for the girls again.

She said that it's good that it's all alright with Paul, regrets not knowing his family but will see them.

She wants her stuff to be given away not kept. Someone is going to have a baby, she'll see the baby in the spirit world and will visit after the baby is born.

Tell Marie that we didn't have a friendship as adults for we lived too far apart but the bond is there.(my mother, Marie lived in Australia, at that time before returning to Ireland.)

ANTHONY.

Eilish said that, "we have a special bond. Thank you, I'll come in your dreams. A piece of my heart belongs to you". Appreciated me in her grief over Basil. I used to hold on to her legs and I had a little red tricycle.

Eilish says that A*****, has a lot of psychic gifts to be proud of.

Says that her eyes aren't weak anymore and feels relieved that she's not responsible for people, and sacrificing in the meantime; now she can rest.

She asked that on the day of the funeral I spend a minute thinking of her. (Thursday in the Canada.)

END OF SESSION.

AFTER DINNER SESSION.

Eilish not so confused in the border plane now, happy to communicate and starting to understand her present condition. She says that Angels/Devas appear as soon as she thinks of them.

During the session I held Esha's hand twice and felt the vibration and heat; Esha was happy about it.

A saw her take form twice whilst talking to her. She said that she talked sweetly and was small and pale but happy. She also said that Esha was wearing a white or pearl necklace. I saw Esha's face in my mind, or in A*****'s. Esha said again that the after-death experience was nothing like she had been taught, (Catholic teaching.) (Eilish at this time of course was still in the Border Planes, or Bardos.)

We didn't push the reading as Esha had only been over twenty four hours and it was very tiring to A*****. Esha was happy to talk and enjoyed it. She also said that someone else was coming up soon, but I wasn't attached to this person.(Within two years Wally, my mother -in -law's husband died, it may have been him. Although in July 1998,her own husband Greg died.) She was obviously seeing the future so we asked her about earth changes and she said that they would be noticed. She said that we will talk again before she moves on, she really does understand her situation now. I asked if she was unhappy that I couldn't make the funeral, she said that I had done enough already.

She said that, before she died, her bones were painful and her lungs and throat were full of fluid. Esha said that she was glad to leave that old body. She also couldn't understand why I was a vegetarian and so I explained it to her, about non-violence, especially with regard to animals.

This session had been in two parts; at a later session with A******, Esha talked about visiting India and seeing the markets. She said that my father was fixed in his belief systems.

She stayed with A for an hour just visiting at her apartment and said that she was quite a little missy .She said that some suffering my wife had as a child was.....(Private message). Esha was very impressed with this type of "radio" she was using to communicate with A, and she was happy she could be where she wanted immediately she thought of it. She also said that a lot of Anthony's friends are up here; (my friends).

The next day I did a meditation , and I explained the bhajan/chanting meditation to her. She asked what I was doing with the flame. I explained the Arti, Maya. (It seems that my psychic ability is far stronger on the astral and mental than it is on the lower bardos, where I am somewhat weaker, due to the late period of life that I took it up)

During one meditation I took Esha by the hand and we went up through the dimensions. As happened to me at an ashram in India. The next time I tried I was stopped by two Devas whe didn't want us doing it, for whatever reason. (She wanted her grand-daughter to have one of her names. I was to put the request in an envelope and send it to the family, to be opened after the little girl was born. This was done and the little girl was so named.)

On the 17th of February, 1997 I was meditating in the bath but could not hear Esha. I took my consciousness up to the vital plane, asking for my Higher Self's, Blessing, passing mishapen ghoulies on the way. I found her shell floating with mouth open. Either abandoned or asleep, I decided abandoned, she had moved on. This was the second death.(I asked my Higher Self, for help during these sessions, and the process I used was to completely relax my body and go into a state of meditation, then visualise as much as possible until the visions came by themselves.)

I went up to see my uncle, Father Ted, on the Astral. He said Eilish had been there to his church but was not there now. Uncle Jo was dancing somewhere. T apologised for his rigidness whilst alive. I said not to worry, that was his belief system..

I went up to higher planes, there were formless beings, still couldn't find Eilish. Good blissful vibrations at this level.

I heard Eilish call my name, she said lots of my friends are up here and lots of God's Devotees have been helping and instructing her. I explained a little about God's Dream, Avatars and about all being One, Also that all was a dream no matter what level or plane we're on.

She was very happy and blissful and I talked about her husband Greg. She said that she knew about him, she told me to buy him a book and send it to him. She was obviously very spiritual and could move through the different levels herself.

She talked whilst I was writing. She says lifetimes don't matter anymore, and there are lots of advanced beings or Spiritual Teachers on this plane. She knows that there's no past, present or future, all is now. She can see the progression of lives but she's not attached to any of it.

The Chanting Meeting was a big help to her and she said that "It moved me on,". She said that she now understands the symbolism of rites.( some people need the imprinting), She said that she knows I am with His/God's people now Anthony". Your life will go well now Anthony. you will help people, you are beloved of "The Lord" because you have surrendered to Him. "My death was also a help to you." "We had a strong bond, you were really my first child, but that is just at an Earthly level. I know they were just roles, All is One, play the game Anthony and enjoy it, you will succeed. "Love Eilish.

(It is an interesting comment that I don't believe in a Lord or Personal God, but only the Transcendental Nirguna).

22/3/96.

Eilish visited A***** again with another woman, around fifty? years of age. (Probably younger but in A*****'s mind she guessed older). She said "The Truth you know is inside yourself. The Truth is real turning on a wheel of sorts. Life is an ongoing cycle. Remember the stone within that glows. She said to remember when you were a child. A******* said that Eilish looked fresher and younger this time.

Around about this time I was getting visits in meditation from a soldier in uniform. He would appear as I was coming down through the dream plane. I mentioned it to my wife a few times, that a soldier was visiting me. I realised after a few visits that it was Basil Weston and that he was coming to me, looking for Eilish. Perhaps he was on a different plane from her. However I did have a vison of them together. He was her partner and had been killed in Burma during WWII, and received the V.C. for sacrificing his life for his platoon. On 22/4/96 I met Eilish again, she appeared young, with long hair and a coat. She was quiet at first, and I thought she was mad at me, but no, she embraced me-a thank you, I think.

I have seen Eilish since, looking young, wearing a white gown, waist-cord and going to some kind of school on a higher plane. I have gone up there several times and I know that Eilish is happy in the school. Eilish also told A******* that she would come back and would be a cousin of her children. I didn't follow up whether Basil was still with her, in a spiritual sense. I had a feeling he was somewhere else, perhaps reincarnated.
I have found that I can communicate with Eilish if I meditate, go up the dimensions and visualise her. Last time I heard her "voice," saying that the image wasn't her, she was something else ,the image it seems is my mind's way of communicating with her. The image is just the message that I am trying to communicate.

The states that Eilish was in are pretty typical of the Karmic Bardos. That is self created worlds, as in the dream plane. One it seems will create according to one's belief. If one is a Christian there may be saints etc, other beliefs would have their own structures. According to mystic and psychic tradition when one dies, one immediately checks in with the Lord or Clear Light of consciousness. If one is able to recognise this then one merges and becomes liberated. Most have Karma that drags them down and they awake on the border plane, just above the material plane. They stay there for a time before moving up to their appropriate level of consciousness. Where they stay until their karma runs out and they take rebirth. Undeveloped souls would re-incarnate immediately, which is what happens to the majority, according to some.....The End.
